Studio Etiquette

Appointments

-To ensure desired appointment times, it is recommended to schedule with as much advanced notice as possible or at the end of your regular appointments.

-Credit card is required to make online appointments. Cards on file will not be charged without client consent.

-Clients will be sent a series of reminders via email and text for their upcoming appointments

-We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Arrival

-New clients please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out required paperwork and to discuss health history

-Returning clients may arrive 5 minutes before their appointment

-Please enter the studio with soft voices as other appointments may be in session

-Please notify staff if there are any physical or medical needs or considerations necessary prior to your appointment (pregnant, food, or product sensitivities)

Cancellations

-Out of courtesy for our therapist’s and esthetician’s time, a 24 hr cancellation notice is required and appreciated

-If appointment cancelled within 24 hours, there will be a 60% service fee charged

-No-call/No-show will incur a full service fee charged

Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Certificates

-We accept cash, check, major credit cards, and gift certificates purchased from The Massage Studio

-Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash

-Gratuities are not included in the value of the service and are at the discretion of the client

Age Requirements

-Clients under the age of 18 require parental consent and a signature on intake paperwork
